Secret House is in the beautifully restored Manager’s House.
It is fully equiped for self catering and sleeps up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms. Three rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Guests in the fourth room will have to share a bathroom.
The house has full kitchen facilities, an inviting lounge and dining area, and a spacious ‘voorstoep’.
Our rooms are decorated with heirloom furniture, most pieces with their own secret story, to add to the charm of each room.
The light fittings in our kitchen and living area feature traditional ox yokes used on Margot’s family farm. Trunks and suitcases in the various rooms are memorabilia from boarding school days.
The peace and serenity found on the ‘voorstoep’, along with the magnificent panorama of the Sneeuberg range as it changes colour from sunrise to sunset, is another of our secrets.
A traditional braai, complete with Karoo lamb, boerewors and roosterkoek , a spectacular starscape and perhaps a shooting star will bring peace to your soul.
