Below are our Booking Procedure and Policies. Please take note of these before booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of the page or use our Enquiry/Booking Form.

General

  1. Families and groups are welcome
  2. Pets: strictly by prior arrangement – R200 (this is a working stock farm)
  3. Parties & Celebrations: Please advise us at the time of booking if this is a planned party or celebration

Braai Packs by prior arrangement only

Checking In

Check in Time on Day of Arrival:    From 14h00

Check Out Time on Day of Departure:  By 10h00
Early Check-in or late Check-out requests by prior arrangement only

Payments & Booking Confirmation

  1. Enquiries: All reservations must be in writing.
  2. Confirmation: Reservations are only confirmed once received in writing form Karoo Secret (via email)
  3. The accommodation MUST be fully paid 14 days prior to arrival.
 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations 30 + days prior to travel 100% refund
  2. Cancellations 30-15 days prior to travel 50% cancellation fee
  3. Cancellations 14 or less 100% cancellation fee

All cancellations must be in writing with an acknowledgment
in writing by Karoo Secret.
No verbal cancellations will be accepted.
